How to make Halloween Cup Puppets
Start by poking two arm holes on the sides of your cup. Then use pipe cleaners running through the bottom to create your puppet’s arms and legs. We like using beads to create hands, elbows, knees, etc. Use ping pong balls and paint to complete your puppet’s head. All that’s left is to decorate your new creation. The creepier the better!
