Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Unwind this summer with these Fresh Fruit Popsicles with real fruit inside! Now that the days are getting hotter and the sun is out longer, it's important to keep hydrated and stay cool. These popsicles will help you do both, all while satisfying your sweet tooth. Best of all, they're perfect for all ages and have endless flavor combinations. Here are two flavor ideas, but feel free to mix and match to create whatever your heart desires!

IMG_4175.jpgKiwi Orange Lemonade: Slice up a kiwi, making sure to remove the skin. Place kiwi slices around the sides of a Solo® Clear Plastic Cup, then pour in equal parts freshly squeezed lemnade and orange juice. Place in the freezer. After about an hour, or when the juice has begun to freeze, place a popsicle stick in the middle of the pop. Let freeze completely. When you're ready to enjoy, simply run the cup under hot water for a few seconds and the popsicle will slide right out!IMG_4170.jpgBlueberry Lemon Pudding:
Fill a Solo® Clear Plastic Cup with blueberries, then add lemon pudding (store bought or homemade--just make sure the homemade pudding is fully cooled before placing it in the cup or else you'll risk the cup melting!). Make sure the pudding and blueberries are fully mixed together, then place in the freezer. After about an hour, or when the pudding has begun to freeze, place a popsicle stick in the middle of the pop. Let freeze completely. When you're ready to enjoy, simply run the cup under hot water for a few seconds and the popsicle will slide right out!

You can also purée fruit for these pops rather than using fruit juice! We're telling you--the popsiclebilities are endless ;)
