Reubens have been my favorite sandwich forever, and I’ve teamed up with Solo Cup to create the cutest reuben platter for St. Patrick’s day!
Top each rye toast with Swiss, thinly sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, and a bit of thousand island dressing.
In festive Solo paper bowls surrounding the platter, put the extra toppings (think pickles, extra dressing and mustard) and let your guests dig in!! What’s on your menu?
