# Dark and Stormy Cocktail

Spring thunderstorms forcing you to spend the evening inside. If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. Put together a couple Dark and Stormy Cocktails and toast the elements.

If you’re making these drinks for guests the trick is to add the dark rum right in front of them. That way they can watch it spread out through the ginger beer like a growing thunderhead spreading across the Great Plaines.

# Ingredients

- 2 oz Black Rum
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Garnish w/ Lime Wedge
